1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all transactions and interactions with Zenon Yachts Ltd, trading as Zenon Furniture ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Our Services
We design, manufacture, and supply both bespoke and standard furniture to the hospitality, care, and commercial sectors across the UK. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
3. Orders & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise or if pricing changes are imposed by our suppliers beyond our control.
All orders are subject to written confirmation and stock or materials availability.
Prices quoted exclude VAT unless explicitly stated.
Prices quoted also exclude delivery costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices prior to order acceptance.
Custom or bespoke orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as stated on your quotation or invoice.
Full ownership of goods remains with Zenon Yachts Ltd T/A Zenon Furniture until payment is received in full.
Additional storage charges may apply if goods are not delivered or collected by the date specified in the quote, agreement, or invoice.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation services are available across the UK.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and not contractually binding.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the client once the goods leave our premises. Any claims for damage should be directed to the courier or delivery service.
6. Warranty & Returns
Hardware items (e.g., hinges, runners, door handles) are covered by our supplier’s one-year warranty. This does not cover misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.
Faulty hardware must be inspected and assessed by our supplier for final determination.
All products are warranted to be free from material defects for the period specified in your quotation or product documentation.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.
Returns are not accepted for bespoke or custom-made items unless proven to be defective. Misuse and negligence are excluded from warranty claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Zenon Yachts Ltd T/A Zenon Furniture. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you consent to the use and storage of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods or services in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) strikes, supply chain issues, accidents, pandemics, or natural disasters.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
